Responsibilities

• Work with the customer success team and customers to understand customer requirements
• Translate commercial requirements into the R&D pipeline through tasks specification
• Help determining feature prioritisation through business data analysis
• Compose product documentation
• Execute on non-technical product requirements (product operations)
• Conduct market research on required product features
• Help or create future UI and UX of the product
• Ability to create specification and process documents
• Ability to analyse business data and come up with actionable insights

Requirements

• Fluent in English both writing and talking
• Past experience working in a product company or on a SaaS product - advantage
• Experience with SQL and BI tool - advantage
• Good communications skills
• Bright, fast and hard working with tendency for hands-on work
