Operations Manager


Job Description

- 2+ years experience in similar positions, preferably in SaaS and/or digital marketing;

- High analytical skills;

- Creative, cross-department team player with the ability to multitasking;

- Fluent English, both written and verbal;

- Focused self-starter with strong time management skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Communicating with new and existing providers and clients;

- Understanding their needs and performing technical adjustments according to their specification;

- Working with telecom companies, improving and adding delivery channels;

- Reviewing and understanding key performance statistics.
